Dr. LaCour has been practicing Rheumatology since 1988. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA in 1983. Dr. LaCour completed his fellowship at Northwestern University Medical School, Chicago, IL in 1988. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.

Dr. LaCour joined Dothan Medical Associates, P.C. in 1993. Before joining Dothan Medical, he practiced in California and Arkansas.

He is married to Robin. They have four children, Eddie, Danny, Will, and Rachael.
